This project was made during the student exchange course of styling in Milano.
The objective of the project was to create a foldable magazine with its corresponding inspirational boards and its packaging for the Art Direction class that shows our vision about the pandemic.
Everything involving this magazine was made by myself at home, following the proposed theme.

Inspirational and CMF board
This started as an analysis of today’s reality, in an isolated world where human interactions are extremely limited, which triggers a sense of loneliness that is unavoidable. This makes us feel like the only company we have is ourselves and makes us realize that we are constantly surrounded by our intrusive thoughts.
All of this makes all of our actions more personal. There is no external force that can alter our environment so it limits our daily activities to our perspective. Because we stay in our own space, specifically our homes, we are sort of trapped into an immutable surrounding where we have several actions already planned. A sequence of actions become regular unleashing a monotone routine that lacks any sort of change
This reflection was represented on the inspirational and CMF mood board that is composed of images taken by myself looking at my routine.

To confront the sense of monotone repetition we have to attribute our meaning to the days that pass, it depends on ourselves the perspective that we give to the sequence of events. We have to find beauty in the ordinary and give it meaning.
To represent the sequences of events and repetition in our lives, sequences of images were taken with subtle variations through them to make them more dynamic and entertaining. Also, those small variations through the photos embellished the action on the images giving meaning to them
That is why the objective of this project is to give the audience a sense of hope in this isolated reality, revealing an optimistic perspective and express that is essential to value our daily life. Encouraging to appreciate their habits, finding significance in them.
